Privacy Policy

Nightpine stores the minimum operational information needed to provide its Discord bot and dashboard features.

Discord OAuth

The dashboard uses Discord OAuth to identify you and determine which connected communities you can manage. OAuth session information is stored server-side and expires.

Community data

Nightpine may store per-server configuration, shift/session records, applications, customization settings, and dashboard CAD/MDT records entered by authorized users.

Credentials

Discord bot tokens, OAuth client secrets, bridge tokens, and ER:LC private-server keys belong in private environment configuration. The dashboard is not designed to display those secrets to community managers.

Third parties

Nightpine communicates with Discord and may communicate with ER:LC/Roblox services when configured. Those services operate under their own policies.

Retention

Server operators control their own Nightpine deployment and should remove records they no longer need. Deleting the local database removes the associated dashboard records for that deployment.
