Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Nightpine Discord bot, website, dashboard, and related community-operations features.

Community administrators

Server owners and administrators are responsible for how they configure Nightpine, what roles they authorize, and the records their staff enter into the dashboard.

Acceptable use

Do not use Nightpine to violate Discord rules, Roblox rules, applicable law, or the rights of other people. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, probe private endpoints, or misuse credentials.

Availability

Features may change, experience downtime, or depend on Discord, Roblox, hosting providers, or other third-party services. Nightpine is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability.

ER:LC integration

Features that use ER:LC private-server data depend on the permissions and capabilities provided by the relevant API. Nightpine does not promise API actions that the upstream service does not support.

Changes

These terms may be updated as Nightpine develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
